The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 我虽然很喜欢精神污染的东西，但这…抽象的毫无道理，是制作者自嗨的作品。大兵哥摆完炸弹被抓走之前还不错，后面简直无聊到爆炸。
注定小众的形式与内容，作者在这其中夹杂了太多个人想法，金字塔的神造奇迹，肉体与机械的混合，黑石碑式的神造理论，极度混乱的假象世界，圣地巡游般的内容，究竟是怎样的疯狂想象力才能创造出一个如此混乱的世界。

这个电影的完成性高于电影的观赏性 可以说基本没有所谓的“故事” 只留下创作者对世界认知 而我们只能从中进行反思
