The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 跨越生死之间的爱恋，印象深刻的影视有《人鬼情未了》，此部《平行爱情》在对该题材的处理，对比之下稍显窘迫，不过也不失为一部合格的作品。片子前半段略微乏味，中后段高潮感缓缓袭来，渐入佳境。关于爱情、成长的主题，在影片的最后，蓄积了庞大的力量，盈满倾倒。
这个结尾我实在接受无能，四星给影片前半部分，寻焦的取景框，男主的红色Jeep，两人凭想象打网球，回忆和现实的穿插，通过影像交流这些都很棒 “what is wrong with stepping in front of the camera every once in a while?” “I believe a photographer should point her lens outward toward the world, so you can try and understand it.” “What about trying to understand yourself?”

让人受不了的反胃，整个剧情和自恋的审美都让人如坐针毡
像是回到十年前，在晚上看一部浪漫爱情小妞片
从倒叙的第一个镜头开始，到女孩握着帽子茫然四顾伫立街头，就是一个完整的爱情故事。或者可以再展开些，到相机镜头偶然捕捉到了赛艇上的男孩，至此完全可以戛然而止。论留白的功夫，Modern Love显然技高一筹。
女版“霸道总裁爱上我”，男主的鼻子太抢镜了。
虽然都能猜到整部电影说的什么，但JLo确实好看，他们俩也有丢丢配，作为情人节的电影，也很适合哈哈哈哈
没有抱什么预期，反而有点意料之外的惊喜。想到什么就去做吧，就趁现在还来得及。惊喜和意外也许也是冥冥中的注定，就因为在人群中多看了你一眼（？）有勇气可真好啊。（20220518）
这么些年难得出一个大咖主演的浪漫爱情喜剧，虽然俗不可耐但也看得轻松愉快。53岁的JLo的状态保持得实在惊人，电影里每一个造型都美翻了。另外一句JLO自黑的“我从没得到过任何奖项”台词令人不禁会心一笑。
非常俗套的剧情，情节漏洞百出，但是看完心情大好。就像童话故事一样，你虽然知道这不是真的，但也不妨碍你期待它成真。
